The house is located in the heart of Venice, two minutes by feet from Saint Mark's square and Rialto Bridge. It's in San Lio street, in the quarter of Castello, characterized of squares frequented from many venetians like St. Maria Formosa or Sts. Giovanni e Paolo. Here you can be discover the small streets or "calli" with traditional taverns where you can taste typical plates, also to the bench.

Easiest to catch by feets or by public boats from the Railway Station or from bus and car terminal (Piazzale Roma – Tronchetto), its very central position allows to enjoy the holiday in the city, because it's equidistant from the principal attractions, monuments and museums. The area it's lively and rich of stores, restaurants, charming bars, pizzerias. Near the house there is many shops of foods and two supermarkets. Moreover, you can easily make shopping at the big Rialto's open market.

Accommodation Description

The apartment, recently restructured, had characteristic ceilings with wooden beams and pavements "alla veneziana" (in marble and plaster). It is on a third floor, is comfortable and has much light, with a romantic seen on the roofs from two sides. It's composed of a spacious living room, one habitable kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed each, bathroom with bath tub and shower.  It's also available a sofa bed for two people and a folding single bed. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwashers. The apartment it's completely furnished and equipped, with sheets and towels including in the price.

The price is comprehensive of all expenses for short stays; separatly you must pay only the expenses for the final cleaning.
