LOW SEASON

For 2 persons:     

90,00 € / night - 500,00 €  / week

For 3 persons:  

100,00 € / night - 580,00 € / week

For 4 persons:  

120,00 € / night - 660,00 € / week

For 5 persons:  

150,00 € / night - 700,00 € / week

For 6 persons:  

180,00 € / night -  850,00 € / week

For 7 persons:  

210,00 € / night - 950,00 € / week

HIGH SEASON

For 2 persons:  

110,00 € / night - 600,00 € / week

For 3 persons:  

120,00 € / night   - 660,00 € / week

For 4 persons:  

150,00 € / night  - 700,00 € / week

For 5 persons:  

180,00 € / night -  900,00 € / week

For 6 persons:  

210,00 € / night - 1000,00 € / week

For 7 persons:  

250,00 € / night - 1200,00 € / week

The rental price does not included the final cleaning ( 50,00 € ).

For more than 7 nights a discount may be apply.

the city of Venice imposes a tourist tax of ? 1,50 per night to each adult, up to 5 nights (nights from the sixth are not taxed); boys aged 10 to 16 years pay ? 0.70; childrens under 10 do not pay.

The taxes are reduced for all the mont hof January. The amount of tourist tax is not included in the rent price, because it is calculated separately according to the age of the guests. 

RENT CONDITIONS

Minimum rent: 3 nights. 

You can arrive and depart any day of the week.

Childrens less than 5 years old are free of charge, but the first doesn't pay, the second pay as an adult ( 2 childrens -5 y.o. = 1 pay; 3 childrens -5 y.o.= 1 paying; 4 childrens -5 y.o. = 2 paying).

The check in is after 2.00 pm (14.00 in italian hour).

The check out is not later than 10.00 am of the day after the last night. 

If is possible to stay until 8.00 pm, you must be pay an increase in price of 30,00 Euro.

Arrivals between 20.30 and 23.00 pm : increase in price 25,00 Euro.

Arrivals between 23.00 pm and 1.30 am: increase in price 50,00 Euro.

We don't accept arrivals after 1.30 am.

The sheets and the hand towels are included in the price.

You will find electric household appliances (domestic iron, cig-hair, etc.) and an equipment of bases products (salt, sugar, coffee, oil, toilet paper, etc).

We accept small dogs if they are quiet (it's essential a prior agreement).

Smokers aren't welcome.

The rent, included the cost of the household, the city tax and (if any) the increase for arrivals out of schedule, will to be paid at the handing-over of the keys.
